The rain finally let up as we headed out onto the trail, but within a few minutes we were all panting in the thin mountain air. We stopped alot for rests, and a few times for lessons from our ranger, but within an hour and a half, we had reached Lover's Leap. The rocky overhang was but one of many impressive views to come, but it quickly lightened our tired spirits.
